During this time of year districts begin planning for the following school year. They analyze budgets and student enrollment and teacher counts. I'm curious, where are all our kids going? Enrollment in Stark county is decreasing. Are they all moving or is it because less children are being born? What are the affects on technology with larger class sizes when districts close buildings?
