I'm facilitating my first online course discussion about Information Literacy. Alan November has a great informational site that actually has a quiz for an individual to access their current knowledge about the information literacy. I am thankful there has been good conversation about this topic, several in the class too the information literacy quiz, and felt pretty cold about what they knew and were enthusiastic about learning more about information literacy. Who's responsibility is it to teach information literacy? The K-12 school staff, parents, friends of friends, no one?
If you are following the blog and not the discussion, I encourage you to take the quiz :-).
